Congratulations to the Baltimore Ravens. That was one of the BEST football games I have watched in a very long time. The 49ers gave their all and I was impressed with both teams! Even the blackout was exciting.

The commercials? Meh. I’ve seen better.

Beyonce? Not really a fan, but I did notice she didn’t lip sync this time. We can blame her for the blackout.

    OMG this post is freakin’ PERFECT! From the ‘trying to get motivated’ to the ‘I digress’ pet peeve. OMG – I CAN’T STAND it when people say that. It’s SO overused and makes me nuts. It was fine when I first heard it like 15 years ago, but now…HAHAHA.

    LOL What a fun post, Gina! :) It had flash. It had style. It made me think of warm summer days sitting in a meadow surrounded by unicorns and playing Jenga with the fairies…but I digress. :D

    I wish I could say that I was sad that I missed the superbowl (on purpose), but I’m not. The commercials have been swimming around the net all day yesterday, so I feel like I still have my finger on the pulse of “what’s cool at this nanosecond.” I never was much of a fan of Beyonce. And the blackout? Eh…we had those so many times growing up I thought I was a mushroom (that might explain my dead white girl complexion).

    This was great! And I’m so embarrassed because I used the term “But I digress” right at the end of my post today. I’ve never used it before so I thought I was being original but guess what? I’m never using it again! I agree, it’s a cop-out and annoying. I still think The Black Eyed Peas were a better half-time performance 2 years ago than Beyonce, but maybe that’s just me. Agree, great game!
